Joy.... A simple word for a complex and elusive emotion. To experience true joy allow yourself to be fully present in this moment. Joy isn't found in the memory of a moment passed. Nor in the anticipation of a moment to come. It is in the pause of the present. Watching a butterfly settle on a flower, breathing in the salt air, listening to the gentle dripping of water after the storm has passed or listening to the sound of your child's laughter. Joy is with you every moment you live, you simply need to open your heart to receive.
How do you use Instagram? Never post, post every minute you can, business or pleasure? The scope of the platform is vast allowing me to discover ideas I didn't know I had. For me it has become a visual memory box I can tap into without hauling out a photo album or written journal. I try to post every day as part of a 365 challenge - and I only allow myself to use my phone camera - and I capture what I feel. What may seem mundane to others holds a host of blissbox memories which I will always treasure. yvonne28_07

Last year I took part in a course which called for me to tap into my Goddess by trusting myself more, not being ashamed of who I am, not needing permission from others. To see myself as a poem which weaves its beauty around me each day. To remember that regardless of what comes before to always end with.... But I am Goddess |
Love Always
You reach a point of accepting that you made mistakes,
they cost you dearly and that you can't change the past. At that point you stop raging against your history, accept it, and move forward into a calmer, less self destructive frame of mind. Archives
