X A N O R
A small little tablet that literally saved me from myself.
Unless you have suffered from panic attacks and anxiety you probably won't understand why I say it saved me. But when you find yourself in the centre of a shopping aisle with tunnel vision and sweat trickling down your spine, wanting to scream, then you know you have a serious problem.
I accept that at this point in my life I need medication to help me deal with things that are more than just challenging. Some days are simply to overwhelming and given that it is more than 18 months since my last major panic attack I certainly do see the benefits that Xanor has for me personally. I wouldn't recommend it as an easy fix. And it isn't a stand alone fix either. If you you going to take medication for anxiety then you also need to see a therapist to get to the root of the problem. You need to know that while you will get better you will also have bad days and wobbly days. It is all about balance and along the way you will find yours.
And please if you have a friend or relative that needs medication for anxiety or depression, before you make a comment about them 'getting a grip' or 'pulling themselves together' please take a step back and put yourself in that aisle in the shop. Believe me, if we could, we would.
For me Xanor has made the difference between coping or falling apart. I am truly thankful I was given that option.
