Do you see the face covered in blood? That is NOT the face of a cuddly pet. That is not a sweet little kitty cat that is going to let you come and pet her on her head.
A tourist died this week in a Lion Park after ignoring all warnings from the gate and throughout the park by opening her window. The lioness attacked her through the open window. Yes it is tragic and condolences to the family on such an unnecessary loss but sadly this will keep happening as people continue to ignore the warnings. Thankfully the lioness in question won't be euthanised. Instead she will be moved to another part of the park. Her behaviour was natural!
When in the wild respect that you are in THEIR TERRITORY. AND FOLLOW ALL THE RULES OF THE PARKS AND RESERVES YOU VISIT (ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD!). The warnings are there to keep YOU safe.
Of course there is speculation where or not this statement is true. Is it really any our business? This is my pet hate about social media - some people came out and completely trashed Paul McCartney. They do not know him! What they also forget is the utter devotion and love he had for Linda which was obvious for all to see. Perhaps she did ask him and her medical team not to tell her - if that is the case it was HER CHOICE. And it is not our place to judge him or her. All that matters is that in her final days and hours and knew she was loved and treasured and she left this world at peace.
The eternal romantic in me (that the cynic slaps every so often) really adores the thought of this bridge and the tangible proof of the existence of love it represents. How sad it is being removed. It is almost like a divorce where the bonds which were created in love have now become an unbearable weight which must severed. I find it so sad.
