Cherish yesterday. Reflect on the good and bad. Cherish your memories. Learn from your mistakes, forgive yourself and move on. Keep building more memories so that as the sun sets on each today you know that tomorrow you will have a yesterday to cherish.
Dream tomorrow. Make plans and set goals and see your future happening for you. Just don't live there because that isn't where you are supposed to be. Your dreams will guide you along the path towards your future.
Live today. The most important of them all. This is the moment you need to be in now. Live here in the present each day. The past is where you learnt the lesson. The future is where you are headed. But today is where you are living. So cherish what you have in the present moment and be present.

The word has 7 letters which allows me to really focus on a something each day and ensure that I am always incorporating mindful living into my life. I want to be able to reflect back each night and know that in some way I did do something that was living within that goal. It isn't always easy. It is far easier to get caught up in the rat race of life and forget the positives.
As with last 2014 there are also some things I would like to say I did by the end of 2015. I've already knocked off 2 of them but I'm not going to write about them until the end of the year. However I've printed this out and it too will go in a place where I will see it daily as a reminder.
I need to be mindful about more than just myself. I need to be mindful about the world I live in, the people I interact with, the vibrations I put out into the world.
