During the heart mapping yesterday we had a round of 'bucket' questions.. each of us dipping our hand in to draw a question which we then answered and opened to the floor.
It was interesting to hear the different answers from a range of women aged between early 20's to 60's. We have all experienced various things in our lives which have clearly affected our perceptions, ideas, thoughts and emotions. Sometimes those feelings are shared by others and it is really good to know you are not alone.
My question was "What can I let go of" ... for me anger. For a long time I harboured a lot of anger without even being aware of it. Time to let it go so that my healing can take preference.
All the questions are ones we can each reflect on ... think about them and relate them to your own lives and consider them on both a fairly broad basis and also on a deeper level in respect of your life. I certainly will go back to them and reassess from time to time.
It's all part of the journey of growth.
